Silent Auction Donation Request

Denver Indian Family Resource Center (DIFRC) cordially invites you or your business/agency to donate an item or an experience to support DIFRC’s Fundraiser Dinner Silent Auction on Thursday, April 13, 2017.  The events will be held at the Joy Burns Center, University of Denver, 2044 E. Evans Ave., in Denver, CO beginning at 5:30 p.m.

DIFRC is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides collaborative and culturally-responsive programs and services to the urban American Indian/Alaska Native population of the Denver metro area.  DIFRC was founded in 2000 in response to the overrepresentation of American Indian/Alaska Native families involved with the child welfare system.  DIFRC’s trauma-informed and culturally-responsive programs and services include intensive case management, support groups, parenting classes, youth empowerment, culture nights, and culinary education.

Your tax-deductible donation helps defray the significant costs associated with organizing our Annual Meeting and Fundraiser Dinner.  Your donation in any amount that you or your business/agency contribute is greatly appreciated.  One hundred percent of funds received through the silent auction will go towards supporting American Indian/Alaska Native children and families in Denver.

Our event is expected to draw over 150 supporters and participating individuals, businesses, and agencies will be prominently featured in our event program and on our event registration page.  Each item donated will be marked with its donor’s information so that the community will know who is supporting the event.

No gift is too large or too small in helping us achieve our fundraising goal of $15,000.  We accept art, jewelry, unique experiences, gift cards, merchandise or anything else that can be sold at our auction.  We are willing to pick up your item if needed.  On behalf of DIFRC staff, we want to thank you in advance and extend a personal invitation to you, your family, or your staff to attend this year’s Annual Meeting and Fundraiser Dinner.  If you are interested in attending, you can register at www.difrc.eventbrite.com.
